6A. Order Cancellation and Customer Availability

The customer must ensure availability at the agreed delivery time.

If the customer or an authorised representative is unavailable, unreachable, or refuses delivery without valid reason, iCell Technologies reserves the right to cancel the order.

Repeated cancellations, refusals, or misuse of the ordering system may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
7. Payment

At present, payment is accepted on delivery only.

8. Delivery

Delivery is available within Mauritius only.
-
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Only one delivery address is allowed per order.

The customer (or an authorized third party) must present a valid National Identity Card (NIC) at delivery. We reserve the right to record NIC details for verification purposes.
- A delivery fee ranging between Rs200 and Rs350 will be charged depending on the customer’s location.

Risk in the product passes to the customer upon delivery.
8A. Force Majeure
iCell Technologies shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic disruptions, supplier delays, power failures, or acts of God.
9. Product Inspection and Acceptance

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to carefully inspect the product at the time of delivery.

The customer must personally, or through an authorised representative:

2.1 Verify the product’s physical condition;
-
2.2 Confirm that the product is functioning correctly;
-
2.3 Ensure that the product conforms to the order placed.
-

Acceptance of the product at delivery constitutes confirmation that the product is in good working condition and in conformity with the order.
-
Once accepted, the product is deemed sold, used, and non-returnable.
-
Products supplied with manufacturer or distributor seals are deemed sold in sealed condition.
-
Any product bearing a seal shall be considered finally sold once such seal is broken, tampered with, or removed, and shall thereafter be non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except as expressly provided under applicable warranty terms.
10. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer/local representative warranties only.
-
Warranty are not provided by iCell Technologies.
-
Warranty terms vary by product and brand.
-
The warranty period shall commence on the date of issuance of the invoice, which shall be deemed the official proof of purchase.

Any warranty claim must be supported by:
-
5.1 The original invoice bearing the product serial number; and/or
-
5.2 A valid manufacturer or distributor warranty card, where applicable.
-

Failure to present valid proof of purchase may result in refusal of the warranty claim.
-
Customers are advised to back up all data before submitting products for warranty service.
iCell Technologies does not provide on-site installation, software configuration, or data recovery services unless explicitly agreed in writing.
11. Returns, Repairs, and Exchanges

iCell Technologies does not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind once a product has been opened, used, or accepted by the customer.
-
Returns, repairs, or replacements will only be considered in cases of genuine defects and are subject to inspection and warranty conditions.
-
Products for which the seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with shall not be eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects covered under warranty.
11A Return / Warranty Procedure

In the event of a defect or malfunction, the customer must promptly notify either iCell Technologies and/or the authorised manufacturer’s representative as the case may be.
-
The product must be returned to either iCell Technologies or the authorized representative, as directed, for inspection by approved technical professionals to assess the nature and cause of the reported issue.
-
Based on the inspection outcome:
-
3.1 The product will be repaired at no cost if it is still under warranty and the issue is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; or
-
3.2 The product may be replaced if the issue is confirmed to be legitimate and not caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage by the customer.
-
3.3 The determination of whether a product qualifies for repair or replacement shall be based solely on the technical assessment and written report of the approved professionals, and such determination shall be final and binding.

Products will not be repaired or replaced if the issue is determined to be caused by the customer, including but not limited to:
-
4.1 misuse;
-
4.2 negligence;
-
4.3 accidental damage;
-
4.4 wear and tear.
-

Cosmetic issues, wear and tear, or defects reported after acceptance that are not covered by warranty will not be eligible for return, repair, or replacement.
No exceptions will be made outside the terms stated above, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iCell Technologies shall not be liable for:

1.1 Indirect or consequential losses;

1.2 Loss of data, profit, revenue, or business;

1.3 Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control;

1.4 Website downtime or technical issues.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.

We endeavour to keep the Website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or external technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.
